【產品介紹】本試劑盒主要用于血細胞及骨髓細胞染色，克服了傳統姬姆薩染液對細胞核和寄生蟲著色較好，但結構顯示更不清晰，而胞質和中性顆粒著色較差的缺點，操作更加簡便、快速，染色效果明顯。
姬姆薩染色的染料配方濃度對細胞核著色程度適中，細胞核結構和色澤清晰艷麗，對核結構的識別較佳。姬姆薩染液(Giemsa?stain)廣泛用于原生動物寄生蟲、血液和細胞涂片、細菌和染色體顯帶等染色。

【染色結果】核染紫紅色，胞漿染紫藍色，粘液染粉紅或淡藍色。
