【產品介紹】本試劑盒快速、簡便、著色清晰，主要用于顯示各種組織正常成分及病變的一般形態結構，是生物學、組織學、病理學及細胞學等學科必不可少的基本常規染色方法。在病理診斷、教學與科研中廣泛應用，具有重要價值。
【染色原理】細胞中的細胞核是由酸性物質組成，它與堿性染料的親和力較強，而細胞漿則相反，含有堿性物質因而與酸性染料的親和力較大。因此，組織切片或細胞涂片經HE染色后，細胞核被染成自紫藍色，細胞漿、肌纖維、膠元纖維等染成不同程度的紅色，紅細胞則呈橙紅色。
【產品優點】建成快速蘇木素-伊紅染液（HE）染液主要用于各種組織片、精子、培養細胞、脫落細胞的染色。又可和免疫熒光及免疫組化染色配合使用。簡便快速，染液內不含汞、甲醇等有毒試劑，不易產生沉淀和氧化膜。
